Londoner, Makeup Artist, Dog Mama, Sneaker Enthusiast, Podcaster and Mentor - helping make the beauty industry a better place one day at a time!
Crazy about: the latest sneaker drop, great sushi and helping women earn more, become badasses and building a business they never thought possible.
I wasn't always an educator. I started my makeup career as a blogger in 2012!
A decade ago, you would have found me studying for a law degree, working nights at my local supermarket, binge listening to podcasts and doing makeup in my spare time on my secret blog.
A job interview with Giorgio Armani began my love affair as a makeup artist. Over 10 years later, 3 brands, hundreds of faces (if not thousands), magazine covers, ad campaigns, red carpets and one BIG pandemic - By Kayleigh was born. The industry I so loved, was on its knees and I couldn’t stand it. I love the quote “be the change you want to see” so instead of living and working lonely, keeping knowledge and guidance to myself and hording everything I knew, I decided to spread my wings and become THAT change.

The By Kayleigh Mission is simple. We are a place that educates and empowers women to earn more money, because when women earn more money they gain freedom… and free women go on to change the world.
Everything I do at By Kayleigh is for that purpose. From my podcast, to my free trainings, to my content. Every decision, every micro decision, I do it all for this. Because once upon a time I was in a place where I wasn’t free because of money, and I can’t stand the thought of that being others reality.
Our motto here is take the pen because I believe women get stuck in believing their potential is limited and their story is pre written, when actually they hold the pen to write their own story and their own ending.
By empowering them with education I hope that they learn they can take control of their pen.
