Londoner, Makeup Artist, Dog Mama, Sneaker Enthusiast, Podcaster and Mentor - helping make the beauty industry a better place one day at a time!
Crazy about: the latest sneaker drop, great sushi and helping women earn more, become badasses and building a business they never thought possible.
I wasn't always an educator. I started my makeup career as a blogger in 2012!
A decade ago, you would have found me studying for a law degree, working nights at my local supermarket, binge listening to podcasts and doing makeup in my spare time on my secret blog.
A job interview with Giorgio Armani began my love affair as a makeup artist. Over 10 years later, 3 brands, hundreds of faces (if not thousands), magazine covers, ad campaigns, red carpets and one BIG pandemic - By Kayleigh was born. The industry I so loved, was on its knees and I couldn’t stand it. I love the quote “be the change you want to see” so instead of living and working lonely, keeping knowledge and guidance to myself and hording everything I knew, I decided to spread my wings and become THAT change.
I would blog my weekly makeup looks (and Disney holidays, but let’s not talk about that!)

Most funnest fact: Most people love to find out that I have a pet tortoise called Speckles along with a Kitten called Boba - the combo can be interesting!
Fave Part of My Job: My favourite thing about my job is the meaning behind it. I love everything that we do and stand for here at ByKayleigh and I’m incredibly proud to be a part of such a movement for makeup artists. The thing I enjoy doing most is trying new things in the business and seeing what works and what doesn’t - we’e constantly evolving it’s fun to throw spaghetti as Kayleigh would say!
