I honestly say I loved every part of Kayleigh’s mentorship. I’ve been on many courses and none of them touch on how to run your business as a freelance makeup artist and how to best market yourself. Kayleigh’s mentoring also went beyond that, teaching me about my mindset, how to value myself as a makeup artist and how to attract the right clients. Yes - there was homework, yes - some parts were challenging but the results have changed the way I work forever. Foundations. Week 1-4.

Module 1 - Goal Setting, Ideal Clients and Getting Organised
We go through your business goals and come up with 5 smart, impactful and achievable goals for our time together, as well as strategies on how to achieve them. We get super clear on WHO your ideal client is and how to target and service them. We also set our practises and organisational structures that will aid you in working smarter, not harder in your work life.

Module 2 - Money Week
We dedicate a week to finances and setting rates, how to best organise our finances and creating trackers to make smart financial decisions. We also have a money mindset challenge, where we address any money blocks that could be stopping success.

Module 3 - One on One Week
In this week, we do our first one on one call together, where I can give you direct feedback on your social channels and website. In this week, you will walk away with actionable steps on how to further align your business to your ideal client, from a coaches point of view.

Module 4 - Pain Points
Every business has pain points. It’s important we look at ours and find solutions for them. This week we start to create strategy for the things in our business that are not aligning, and come up with plans of action that get us to the next level.

Building.

Module 5 - CEO Week
How to step into the role of CEO and creating a weekly work routine that maximises your time, automates your business and enables you to work smarter, not harder. In this week, we look at the systems, tools and strategies to really make our business work for us.

Module 6 - Website Week
Looking at how we can start to create website and processes that attract our ideal client and align with those we want to book. This week includes an SEO masterclass, so we can focus on reaching our top keywords and putting our website in front of the eyes that matter most.

Module 7 - Mindset
A slower paced week including a mindset reset challenge. Here we look at the practises we can adopt to help us cope with business growth, from manifestation to meditation.

Module 8 - Portfolio Focus
We walk through creating your dream portfolio and plan the shoots you need in order to achieve those dreams. I give you my formula for outreaching your dream teams, creating winning styled shoots and how to maximise time, not waste time.
Week 9-12.
Scaling.

Module 9 -Selling Week 1
This week, we address selling, and how to change our mindset, to sell in a way that feels good for us!

Module 10 - Social Media Week/ Selling Week 2
Including a social media 7 day challenge, this week we go deep into marketing. Learning how to use social media on our terms, and how we can market ourselves using everything we have learnt so far, to attract clients and grow a community.

Module 11 - The final push
We take a final push towards the goals you set. This is the week we tie up loose ends, and answer any unsolved questions.

Module 12 - Scaling beyond
In the final week, we reflect, look at our goals and what we achieved. We set 5 new goals for the future, and work together to create a plan for how you can scale beyond the mentorship.

As this is a group programme, I have far more capacity. Season 7 has space for 12 participants!

I have tried to make the course as easy and affordable as possible, with a variety of payment plans. If you are looking for a smaller investment right now, I would suggest joining the Level Up Club! This is £30 a month and includes mini coaching and is jam packed with resources to push your business to the next level! We also have the digital mentorship, which is priced at £499!

As with all coaching programmes, refunds cannot be given because I put in a significant time and financial investment into every mentee. I however DO guarantee if the work is put in, the advice is followed - then amazing things will happen. Most of the participants make their money back before the course is over, by following the guidance and putting in the work. The testimonials and stats speak for themselves and I hope with faith put into me, you will give yourselves the chance to grow beyond your wildest dreams. That said, the course is not for everyone, and those who truly succeed, are those who have the motivation and determination to do so.
