the hot rich 75 challenge
This challenge is my take on the iconic 75 hard fitness challenge - makeup artist edition. In the Summer, we tend to let bridal season take over. We finish exhausted, on the brink of burnout and in survival mode. More than anything what I see, is confidence shattered, from months of prioritising everyone else but yourself. This challenge will be hard, but it’s also about taking just one hour a day, to prioritise you, above your clients, above your children and family, above everyone else. Because you can’t fill from an empty cup. So let’s keep it full.
The premise behind the original 75 hard, was if you failed just one day - you had to go and start back from day 1. Because we like to keep things 🌶️ spicy 🌶️ here in the Level Up Club, the same rules apply.
You must complete all 75 days, in a row, no exceptions.
You are allowed 1 cheat day for alcohol.
You must work out 75 days in a row BUT this can include a 10K walk, yoga or a light rest day with movement.
Your daily CEO action is anything that pushes the needle towards business growth. This is open to interpretation. To me, it’s whatever moves the needle towards my goals.
The original 75 hard asked their participants to take progress pictures. Here in the club - I want us to take a selfie and send to the Level Up Club group chat. This challenge is also about self love ♥️ So many of us don’t like taking pictures of ourselves, but we’re getting over that!!
Your money maker, is some way of you actively making money. It’s the rich, in the hot rich MUA challenge. Money isn’t made in your emails, so this can look like you actively promoting yourself and your services, getting some reviews in or pitching yourself for work. But you gotta do one money maker every single day!
